My poor Tux looks so unhappy. We've been slowly moving apartments and the fish were basically the last things to come to the new place. We needed to have a definitive spot planned for them and it took some time to be ready. Its been about a week and half since we started moving and exactly a week since we've been sleeping at the new place.
My other betta Jean looked the same since he was a living room fish and got his regular amount of interaction, but Tux has been in my empty room for a week. I came by daily to feed them and check on them but only now have i realized how different he looks! His black is washed out, his white belly is nearly gone, and his few colorful spots are dull.
The 3rd photo is blurry but its the best and most recent photo of him I have from before the move, you can see how rich his colors were.
Will he be okay?? Ill obviously be testing regularly to be sure everything is stable, but I dont know if its just the isolation that made him so dull or if I should keep an eye out for anything else?? Should I give him a medicated bath to be safe?
