Betta Fish: Does Cabbage look okay?

I’m currently treating and losing one of my Betta fish for dropsy and 🙁 It’s made me extremely paranoid about my other boy called Cabbage. I feel like whenever I look at him he looks swollen, or like he’s pineconing, but when I look back on photos from a few months ago he’s always been the same. He’s grown slightly since getting him and gained a lil bit of chub, but I just wanted to see what people’s thoughts were? I’m just extremely paranoid now. The mark on his head has always been there, is that just colouring or is this something I should be concerned about?

The video is making him look paler for some reason.
