New tank, never had fish yet. I filled water, got sick, and didn’t touch it for 2 or 3 days. Now there’s spider webs? I’ve got rocks, fluval stratum, sand, wood and bamboo so far. What do I do.

The photos aren’t loading for me but if there’s water it’s prob biofilm? You can just siphon it out it’s not harmful
