Depends on what you’re trying to do and how big the fish are. Something like this would be perfect to float powerbait off the bottom or potentially thread a worm under a bobber.

Hard to tell what size without knowing how big your hand is but looks about right. I usually use between a size 6 and 8 for average sized trout
