That looks like something a big redear sunfish would eat

Not that exact model, but those kill it on a bed rig or drop shot in a smallmouth bass type river that has hellgrammite

Its similar to the Yum hellgrammite from the looks of it. I normally fish them with a 1/0 worm hook 1/16-1/8oz texas rig for smallmouth. Or, nose hook them with a dropshot hook and a split shot in the current.
