Tldr, dont move your tank and let it be 15 hours on its own
Gentlemen and gentleladies, a short view back to Friday, 21.00. [Pic3] 1 betta-jar, 1 black-tetra-jar, an a nearly empty 10 gallon. Mother comes, we pushed the tank on a woodplank, we take everything in the back of the car, we drive 500m, move everything to the first floor, we fill the tank, everything ok.
Saturday 9 o clock. We empty the big 40gal, throw it on the trailer, move it, fill it, done.
13 o clock, i carry something to the second floor, open the door to the 10gal and want to look at the boys, and wait, why are the plants hanging down? Maybe they nedd a little pus, WJY IS THERE WATER ON THE FLOOR!!! [Pic2] The 10 gal broke at the Bottom of the tank, and dripped slowly. Anyways, the fish. Both on the bottom, still moist, pick them up and of to the 40 you go. Betta and guppies, mollies? Dont care, you have to do. But what with the snails? They dont survive in the 40, because we have 2 snail-eater(we had a snail-problem 6 years ago). So of to the bucket you go. But how to keep the bucket warm, because the other one broke? We put the canister-filter in it, good enough. [Pic1]
Sunday, the betta made it, the black tetra still floats. *sad
Monday 17 o clock.
Work ended, drive to pick up a old 10gal at our storage half an hour away, Snails got tge heater for testing, the tank is outside leaktesting. The Betta has a hole in his long fins, from what i dont know, but he is hunting my red guppy, so everything normal. [Pic4-5].
I forgot to put the 10gal-filter in the 40 gal. So uncycled tank we have.
