Today they will be getting a third dose with paragaurd for suspected parasites. Two of my guppies have started hanging out at the bottom one doing this weird movement and Cory’s are acting weird. I started treating with paragaurd due to all my fish in the tank flashing. Do I stop? Do I do a water change? I need help asap.

Sorry friend, hope they get better soon. I just lost about 22 neons in 24 hrs…
ParaGuard and similar medications chemically reduce the amount of dissolved oxygen available in the water.
Please make sure you have extra oxygen going in.
My opinion.
*Stop treatment. Do water change add carbon filter if you have to remove meds. Let your fish recover before continuing, you might need to use 1/2 dosage or use metroplex. If they are only flashing, it could be water parameters are off. I wouldn’t treat unless they show signs of infection.
