Legit question, half the time I see jungle tanks on here and I’m like “THATS SO PRETTY I WANT SOMETHING LIKE THAT” and then I swear out of no where all my plants are suddenly BOOMING and I just can’t tell for my own tank if it looks good or it looks crowded

my tank is a hot mess and I love it. the floaters are growing unstoppable, but today my LFS took some and gave me half off a bunch of kuhli loaches, so that works for me.

the wisteria is also growing crazy. I just tell myself and the kids that fish want it to look like nature.

  4. It looks lovely! Has a nice open space imo, but if you wanted a bit more you could just trim or move some from the front sides to just leave the back more dense and open that front area more.

Dense plants are always beneficial for everyone involved. Considering the species work with them
