What would cause a fishes fins to start rotting and the fish dieing in about 3 -4 days multiple fish have died I’ve done fresh water dips copper and started adding metroplex as well however metro hasn’t had enough time in tank to start working

Is your tank fully cycled? Have you tested ammonia, nitrites, nitrates? If so, what are the ranges? Also, what is your salinity at?
