Betta Fish: Meet Lumi

Brought home this koi betta yesterday after cycling my tank for a month and a half. He was pretty shy at the pet store but now he’s super curious. How does his tank look? Going to be planting it more, but I’m new to planted tanks so I wanted to start small. I realize his gravel is pretty bright but I’d already mostly cycled the tank before o realized they don’t love brightly colored things 🤦🏼‍♀️
