Hi everyone! Today when I come home, I've found a fish (female swordtail) dead, behind some plants. I had her for almost a year now. Her gills seems swollen with an apparent white tissue. Should I be concerned about some disease? No other fish had presented any uncommon behavior or symptoms yet.

Could parasites and secondary infection , try treating with praziquantel
