She had a very long white stringy poop the other day. It was dangling behind her for like 2". She's pretty new to the tank, got her early April. Are her fins rotting? Today she is socializing less. The rest of my community is happy, healthy, and behaving normally.

Looks like ich
Like the other person said, it looks like your fish could possibly have ich. You can treat with medication such as ich-x, or turn the tank temperature to around 82-86 degrees Fahrenheit for about 2 weeks. Since ich is extremely contagious, it’s likely more fish have it, so I would recommend just dosing the whole tank with ich-x if you go that route.

Treat it as such, because you cannot treat for both at the same time. Look up a guide asap because your fish will die if you do not take action now.
