I got this line when I bought my flyfishing gear some years ago. I do not know what type of line this is, no markings on the line. Roughly 1mm wide and very long. Could it be a shooting line?

Looks blue to me.
Could be a cortland blue but looks a tad darker.
You can weigh the first 30’ of the head to determine the line weight.

Weed whacker cord? This stuff doesn’t look like supple floating line.
