I just picked up a 2 piece bamboo rod with an extra tip but it did not have a rod sock or tube. Anyone have a suggestion on where to get a tube for the rod? I think I can likely make a sock for it.

Pvc works pretty good. You can line it with felt on the inside pretty easily too. I’m probably about to make a few for myself.
1 1/2 or 2″ pvc or abs with a cap on one end and a threaded clean out cap on the other.
Most hardware stores in the states will have a 10′ stick you can cut to length.
