I bought a baby girl from petco, she has had this little black spot on her tail and fin since I got her. It hasn’t grown in the week and a half I’ve had her and she’s eating normal and very lively. I’ve read it’s normal for odd colouring changes their wholes lives but I just want to make sure.

She just hasn’t finished growing yet, no reason to worry
shes just a baby!! she’ll grow into her colors. keep an eye because SOMETIMES black spots can be a sign of fin rot. she looks beautiful and healthy though 🙂
