Its been almost two years since I had my son lucid, within those almost two i had him in a temporary, then one, then five and finally his own ten gallon tanks. I also have had to cure him from popeye and now he gets to live in a good enough space. I want yalls opinion on how I have done so far and of course of his tank, I will add more plants soon but just as is, how am I doing as a owner and for his tank.

I know it might not be an excuse but I do what I can, I have supported him on own since I got him, I work two jobs, pay rent and pay for my college so I just hope I do good by him too.
You did better, by providing natural plants. But i would definitely advise adding floating plants ASAP, Atleast. They can suck up Harmful minerals from fish waste like nobody’s business.
Hi! You’re doing so so good. I recommend getting a couple Amazon swords bc they grow pretty big and your little guy will LOVE more coverage. Also some Anubias bc they don’t require like any work! Also you can get some moss balls(they will last for YEARS and just add some fun!)
