Needed a stripping tray for SW fishing and didn’t want to spend the £50 they’re priced around normally. This has cost me £3 to make with recycled parts from a simms waist bag that had disintegrated and a new washing-up bowl (the £3). A small pouch on the front for leaders or similar with Velcro for a fly patch, a Velcro strip on the side for attaching whatever and a comfy waist band with small pockets on both sides. Just need to add some spikes, which I think I’ll use some thick strimmer cord for, as I have some already. Looks a bit messy but just needs the scrap glue wiping off and the buckle was always bust, but it clips in and holds fine.
