I woke up today with my betta like this, I'm in doubt if it's fin rot or fin nipping because it's already had some cuts the first time I left it fasting but it got better after a week, since then I haven't fast him but I give little food on a day of the week, today I woke up with it like this and I don't know what it could be.. my last water change was last Sunday only 30% 🙁 any tips?!

My parameters are good, he’s in a 10g with a temperature between 77-78F, I got him 3 weeks ago
are there any tank mates apart from the otos? any plastic decor? did you test with strips or an api kit, and what are the exact parameters?
