i have two bettas, both with different personalities. this one is less active than the other one and prefers to rest on his leaf rather than swimming around. is this normal or could he be sick?

Long fin Bettas tend to be slower and less active.
Imagine dragging a parachute behind you everywhere you went.
Normal and fine. It’s just the specific breed.
