I’d guess no – but nobody is going to give you an accurate answer based on these pics. Also, if you’re the type of person that cares about tracking fish size, you can’t really count fish that you didn’t actually measure. You shouldn’t claim you caught a 2-footer just because some guy on Reddit guessed it was.
Pro-tip: wrap electrical tape around your rod in 4 inch increments so that you can easily measure fish before release.

Take a paint pen and mark a 20” line on your ferrule. Saves you the time to come to this unsavory lot and dredge for an answer!
