This is my first post! Help , my betta seem to have a weird lump on his body that growing (first pic is 29 April , second is 6 May *yesterday , and last photo is 7 May *today) He is still active , eating and interacting with my fingers. His tank is clean. He has low flow filter , but no heater because I live in Asia and it's very hot. Is it tumor or something else? I want to give him a salt bath but I'm not sure if it will make him worse

I think it looks like some sort of bacterias infection? Or maybe he hurt hilself with something in your tank and it’s getting infected?
