I went back to this same spot from yesterday, but nothing was biting, most likely from a big temperature shift. A group of at least 4 or 5 muskies also snuck up and scared the shit out of me in the middle of this. They aren’t in season (and generally don’t feed when spawning) so I’ll have to come back when the season opens.
