What are these? They won’t take poppers, worms, Texas rigs, or frogs. They swim in schools near the surface . Freshwater

    Hard to tell from the photo, but possibly white suckers. They can grow pretty big and roam in packs like that. They feed on invertebrates, so pretty hard to catch.

    Theyre sun bathing, they won’t really eat right now, they come to the surface and warmer water to help them digest their food that they’ve already eaten that morning

    Easiest is to make a homade mixture of flour, water, corn

    Make a line with 2-3 small hooks and make a dough corn ball around them and toss it on a floater
