Ive been "live worm on a hook" fishing a fee times a year my whole life, but never used any artificial lures or baits, and never tried to use technique.

I just got by first bait caster from Academy for like $40, threw it on an old shakespeare casting rod I have.

After a few trips going back and forth to my truck a bunch decided i needed a good organized bag. put this together for like $15 for the bag and organizers. everything else I already had, and just have organized and easily accessible as I am walking banks. Temu bag feels like really nice quality surprisingly, i would say it feels a couple levels nicer than something you would expect from Ozark Trail.

what would you add to my tackle/bag? In Dallas Texas, targeting bass

Looking good. If you’re *only* targeting bass, looks like you’re set up for Texas and wacky rigs. Maybe expand on the variety of plastic worms a bit. Sometimes it’s random and like only one color works while the other ones don’t.

But like…just see how much and what you can catch with what you have already. More gear and more lures won’t necessarily make you a better fisherman.
