It’s not tight enough. Same thing happens with all makes. I just prefer if it does it with a shimano.
The handle is held on by the covered/decorative nut on the other side. Also the handle is reversible and can be installed on either side of the reel.
Problem is you have it on the wrong side lol
But seriously, it’s too loose. Tighten either side of the base of the handle.
