I'm sorta confused on how to use the one that has a hook coming off the other hook (two below the bright pink grub)… Should I take that off or leave it on. I can't find anything online about hooks being attached to other hooks

Its a trailer hook. Sometimes ifbyou use a really long bait the trailer helps.
Lures are always good. But there isn’t a lot here OP. Those crank baits look good but they need new hooks. The rooster tail spinners you have are the best things in the lot if the hooks are ok.
