I have a Daiwa coastal tw 80 reel that I use in both salt and freshwater, and it recently started making this screeching noise. I tried putting rem oil on either side of the spool but that didn’t really change anything. Maybe I didn’t use enough? Anyone have an advice on what it could be and how to fix it? Thank you.

Salt water corodes that shit. Might have to take it apart and clean it proper.
