If he doesn’t seem overly lethargic I’m sure he will poop out the waste.

No food for at Least 3-4 days. Raising the temperature to ~80 F might help him work it off faster, but don’t leave it there forever. After the fasting, give some daphnia to help unload the gut.
And yeah, that’s the risk of smaller things in a tank

I’ve gone overboard with endless shrimp before too, buddy…
…but yeah, no feedings of anything for the next couple days, and don’t put live shrimp in with that little glutton again
