Have to be VERY careful about pulling/keeping big fish out though.
Friend and I managed a pond (7-8 acres) for years and caught trophies regularly (see my PB pics in profile)
And then a group got it in it and kept 20+ 5lbs.
We didn’t catch anything 5lbs plus again for years.
Enjoy your meal sir.
Just be aware the bigger fish will have a high mercury count. The longer they live and devour other fish the higher the Mercury content.
