My betta has been struggling with fin rot and a big white spot on the top of her back just over 2 months.

I’ve gotten a new filter that is less rough (thought it was potential stress), was told to add fluval aquarium salt and to add half a teaspoon in 5 gallon (didn’t do anything), tried Tetra LifeGuard (5 day treatment) and have also tried adding Seachem Stressguard to the water. These are all separate from one another.

Nothing seems to work and I just feel absolutely terrible. When I clean the water I use a conditioner and try to only take 25% – 30% out. That’s usually when I try and add the Stressguard.

Should I start giving her salt baths? I saw online that giving her 20-30 minute salt baths in a quarantine tank might help. I also wasn’t sure if she had ick? And I should try another Tetra product??

Any help would be appreciated.
