I understand the basic mechanics of a spinning reel, but if I were to endlessly spin the spool sub assembly in the middle left or right does it hurt anything? Will it cause issues, I understand I can only do it easily because there is no line attached but wondering if this would hurt anything especially on non reverse spinning reels, thanks

Basically if I spin the spool assembly 100 turns because I just wanted to would it end up unscrewing anything inside or causing issues or is it meant and built to be spun as many times in either direction
