I caught the biggest bass of my life yesterday. It was a beautiful fish, strong and healthy. She put up a hell of a fight, I damn near thought my rod would snap. But I brought her in and got her onto my boat. I gently removed the hook and reached for my phone to snap a quick trophy shot. And that’s when she slipped my grip and jumped right back in the water, leaving me with nothing but a story.
Anyone else have a great catch living on only in their memories?
