i just got my betta 3 days ago and im noticing that he keeps on like rubbing against the glass in this video:
the video dosent show him doing it that much but hes been doing it everyday
is this normal? this is my first time having a fish.

This is called glass surfing. Since he is new to the tank he could just be getting used to his space. It can also be a sign of boredom. I recommend lots of live plants, some sort of hides for exploration. If he is doing it when you come up to the tank it is likely he is excited to see you because you means food.
