What would you throw here?

First time fishing in years and fished this spot with a drop shot rig with mealworms for 30 min before work. Didn’t get a single bite, just ducks wanting the mealworms. The lake is suppose to have bluegill, lm bass, and channel catfish, but didn’t see any evidence of them.
