Aquariums: Otters broke in my house and killed 2 of my Japanese Koi
What are my options to prevent the murderers from returning to the crime scene??

Did you try building a fence around the pond?

Maybe a fence or wire mesh over the pond could prevent the otters from getting to your fish. Google also says that spraying ammonia solution near your pond should also be able to dissuade the otters from approaching.
But if all else fails, maybe try applying for a firearm? It’s hard af to get a firearm license in Malaysia, but I know a guy who successfully applied for a gun after he had tens of thousands of ringgit worth of Koi massacred by otters. He then proceeded to return the favour. Some might say it’s cruel, but at least his prized Koi are safe now!

I recommend getting a guard dog and training it to attack animals that enter that are not your fish.
Just keep in mind that guard dogs will attack any stray animal that enters and kill it. That’s its job. They’re also not very high in stamina be as they’re so heavy so they can’t run long distances for a while.
