Could be ich. Could be just a weird benign growth.
I’d quarantine and observe for a while before doing any treatment.

Could be a lot of things. Separate just in case and do an aquarium salt bath for now. It looks like epistylis, which has raised bumps, but it could also be fungus or a benign fat lump.
