New to Salt Water fishing. What is this fish called?

Was trying to catch some pinfish on an ultralight and snagged two of these things, and on such a small pole and a #4 hook it was a heck of a fight.

I asked some folks on the pier what it was a I got all kinds of answers. Ribbonfish, Lady Fish (I know that's wrong) , cutless, hair tail

Just wanna know what it is lol
