Found today and already had two decent pike on the end of the line but lost them both, not bad for first visit.
It’s actually an aqueduct the narrow section at the start and way down below is a huge river (closed for season) and although you can park right in front, it’s in the middle of nowhere so don’t expect it to be hugely popular which is a good thing. Definitely coming back.

Im always torn between going to old faithful spots and news spots. When I don’t catch anything at the honey hole Im mad I didn’t try a new spot, and when I try a new spot and dont catch shit I am furious I didn’t just go to my reliable spot
