Is this a brown? Or? I’m usually the guy who can identify any trout with ease. But this looks funny. Caught in 2018 in an alpine lake the allegedly has only been stocked with rainbows and brookies in the cascades of Washington state.

Brown. Look at the spots, they have a “halo” around them.
