I have already made a post about the minor colour changes in certain components of my reel, namely the like guide being golden and not silver, and the silver lines under the reel handle and around the screw of the knob missing.
Recently I noticed another more major difference. My drag star is different, instead of being almost straight with a sharp point, Mike is rounded at the top. This seems more than a simple parts being mismatched error in a factory, but correct me if I’m wrong.
If anyone has any idea why my reel is so different pls let me know because nothing I search online comes ups with any decent results.

Where did you get it? Could be that it was made in a different factory/country. Sometimes different manufacturers have slightly different parts in the “same” reel
Sometimes certain model reels are made in different locations. It could also be one factory had to be resourceful and use alternative materials that wouldn’t hinder the reels performance. Either way it’s all good man no need to stress.
