Hiii I need help here. I want to create the best environment for my betta boy (Elvis) but cannot seem to figure out why my plants always go yellow? Water parameters are looking good. I have root tabs/proper substrate and use liquid fertilizer. I keep a timer on my light system. Just lost here…
I ordered a packet of some dwarf water lettuce came with an additional floating plants and have a Anubias tied onto drift wood. Why are they going yellow :///. I got my dwarf lettuce on Monday and literally 5 days later have seen color change. The roots have significantly grown out. But I’m worried just help any advice to what my blindness is.

I’ve had this happen with new red root floaters. Die back is very common and it should regrow new leaves that are better adapted to the new tank water. Just give it time. Once initial die back happens, it should explode in growth.
