I think I’m over stacking? I got so many guppies in a 15 gallon tank with the orange dwarf crayfish, 2 amano shrimp hiding somewhere and 4 apple snails
On my 2nd tank I have 5 gallons with 5 amano shrimp 10-20 red cherry and 4 zebra danios,2 apple snails

Apple snails need 10 gallons per snail (ideally) and I’m not a crayfish expert so I cannot comment on that.

Guppies are generally fine with crayfish, but yours looks a bit overwhelmed—see how they’re backing away and snapping? The snapping is generally normal, but they also seem a bit overwhelmed or scared.
Also, it’s 10 gallons per apple snail. They can’t live in a 5 gallon tank—my singular mystery snail (a kind of apple) uses every square inch of my 10 gallon tank and I’m considering if that’s enough.

You are way overstocked. The fish need a 20 gallon minimum.
