So this happens from time to time and I think its super weird. It seems to just be an air bubble? If I feign trying to catch him it'll knock the bubble loose and a couple days or weeks later, it'll randomly happen again. Always in this spot. It ever so slightly will mess with his swimming because his dangly fin will float slightly but everything is normal when the bubble goes away.
I'm hoping this isn't a potential sign of any more severe issue?

this happened to mine, if he rubs it it’ll pop but it with mine it looked like this thingy would fill up with air, like idk hard to explain
my local place told me to do salt baths and it really helped, they said it could’ve been a tear that kept pocketing up air ( yes i dropped my fish while transporting him 2 hours so i assume my store was right lol ) but the salt baths have worked for me, haven’t seen an air pocket in like two weeks
idk if this is for you tho but just my experience at least sorry
