I’m debating getting some bottom feeders for my batts tanks, they are 10 gallons.
Here are a few options that I’m debating. Any pros and cons that I should be aware of.

Coryies don’t do as well on sharp substrates (they prefer sand, have [a video of their natural habitat](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZvPAzLMGKAg))
Nerites are neat, but if you get a female she’ll lay unfertilized hard to scrape of eggs on every surface they see fit.
Mystery snails will eat plants in desperation when they don’t find enough food, require a decent amount of food and produce *a lot* of waste.
Amano shrimp, good guys, won’t reproduce in Freshwater, tho.
Ghost shrimp, Palaemon-species make sure it’s not Macrobrachium (those are predatory and will harass other animals), i have no experience with them, but i know that a Betta may see them as snack, so if you try them, go with a low number and have a lot of hiding places (same with neocaridina and smaller caridinas).
