My neon fish ONLY get eaten by a kind of mold that swells on the tail before the fin.
Idk what happens to them because I treated the aquarium several times with a product found in a pet store against mycoses but nothing to do, what should I do ? The pet store has warned the supplier but I still idk.

Well that’s certainly a first for me, I don’t know of any disease that’d always attack the tails like that.
If the plants are plastic, I’d try removing those as the fish can potentially be bruising their tails on those, leaving them vulnerable to infections.
This could be NTD or neon tetra disease
