My betta has been super bloated for a while now. He had what looked like fin rot a few months ago and I treated him for it. It hasn’t progressed but I’m not sure it looks much better either. Now he has this super bloated belly. He’s acting normally and eating normally. I’ve tried fasting to see if it was overfeeding and he didn’t seem to be any less bloated, but he does appear more bloated after eating. He is in a 7G tank with a heater, sponge filter, and live plants. He gets a 25% water change about three times a month and his water is testing all normally with the API master testing kit. Any ideas on what I could try next?

What I mean by testing normally:
Temp is 80 degrees
pH is 7.5
0 nitrite
0 ammonia
5ppm nitrate
No tank mates and I’ve had him since November
