It is a 65 litre aquarium and is currently housing:
– 3 honey gouramis
– 3 Ram cichlids
– 9 guppies
– 6 Neon Tetras
– 5 Glowlight danios
– 4 Panda corys
– 1 bristlenose
– 2 tiny Siamese algae eaters
– 5 amano shrimp
– two assassin snails
I'm just curious if i'd be able to get a pair or cherry barbs cuz i love them. And if i'd need to get rid of some fish first or not.

its full but not overstocked
If its not too much bioload on the tank, go for it. I can only see like 7 fish so it doesn’t seem too overcrowded.
It’s not overstocked with fish. But the plants, while fine now, will need maintenance. Plants grow. Feels like a lot of invidual plants that may crowd the space if you do n’t stay on top of them.
