Setting up a 10g tank with all free stuff (manzanita and flagstone from neighbors, leftover substrate, old filter, plant cuttings, and other stuff I found around the house) – working with what I got.

Posted to r/aquascape last night but wanted to get more input. I’ve narrowed it down but still torn between a cave structure and some “we have sieryu stone at home” sharp diagonals.

Substrate will be caribsea super naturals crystal river (light tan). Hoping to stock 4-5 kuhli loaches, a snail, and either a school of CPD or one honey gourami if that could inform the decision. What do y’all think?

Do you not have anymore rocks? Using the rule of thirds could help you! Placing some stones offset but also having supporting stones is important. And the main stone (oyaishi) is missing? Try and look up Mr. Amanos lessons of design or use chatgpt!
