Had some wood laying around and thought I could surely make a stand to put my light higher up. My 3D-printed one broke and I made this in like 10min
What do you think about it?
Seems ok! Only concern would be the wood(?) degrading faster due to moiture. But i dont think itd be much faster than the wood naturally degrading in reality.

Id feel more comfortable with some triangulation. A truss between the edge of the horizontal piece the light rests on and the vertical frame at the back! Also playing devil’s advocate, I hope it’s not too much torsion on the tank rim at the back

Not bad at all!! I like the spacing for cuttings on top as well, great design!
