She used to be red, white and blue and now she’s mostly blue. Is this normal?

How long have you had her? “Coloring up” or a “Glow Up” is pretty common in the species. With the way they are kept before purchase, they are under a lot of stress and stress makes fish dull and lose color. Once they are in a better home and get used to their new surroundings they tend to regain a lot of color. It’s also a way to know if something is wrong with your fish, if they start losing color they are generally either stressed or sick and you know action needs taken.
Add to that, even some unstressed and long term Bettas will still go through some color changing as they age as well.
And just want to say, though I don’t have experience with this myself, I’ve seen a Lot of people advocating against these SpongeBob houses and decorations as there’s some talk that they’ve been leeching toxic chemicals into tanks. I can’t confirm this but I’ve seen it mentioned a few too many times recently to not say something.
